Thabile Faith Electrical Services stands as a beacon of hope amidst the challenges faced by communities in Gauteng. The organization was founded by the late Mr. Benson Aljar Phiri in 2015, whose profound passion for electricity inspired him to initiate this venture as a community service, voluntarily training the youth of Ekurhuleni until it was formalized into a company and training center. Mr. Phiri had extensive experience in electrical engineering, having worked with municipalities and major companies, most recently serving at City Power until 2018 when illness necessitated his departure. Despite his illness, he continued to lead Thabile Faith Electrical Services with the support of his children until his passing in February 2024. The company continues to operate, with his children carrying forward his legacy through the knowledge and skills he imparted to them.

Since our establishment, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to empowering individuals and families through education, innovation, and service. Our founder’s dedication to community development has driven us to address pressing needs, including the lack of accessible training and skill development programs in the electrical engineering sector.
